Sirloin Steak

Finest Scotch beef, grass-fed and grass-finished. Good on both flavour and tenderness, perfect for frying or the griddle

Rib-eye Steak

Dry-aged Scotch Rib-eye. Grass-fed and grass-finished. Lovely rich flavor and super marbling – one for the ‘true’ steak lover

Cote-de-boeuf

Premium Scotch beef, grass-fed and grass-finished rib-eye steak on the bone. Perfect for sharing at the BBQ.

Rolled Rump

Premium Scotch beef, grass-fed and grass-finished. Our customers’ favorite choice – rich in flavor, marbled yet still lean.

Fillet Steak

Known for being the most tender of the steak family – especially good for beef en croute and medallion steak

Rump Steak

High-quality in flavor and also lean – perfect for barbecues. We recommend serving nice thick slices cut across the grain.
